What You’ll Do
Client Acquisition & Policy Sales
Reach out to potential clients and introduce tailored insurance solutions
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Clearly explain policy details, benefits, and pricing
Guide clients through onboarding and application steps
Customer Support & Policy Management
Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and changes
Maintain regular communication and help clients stay informed on renewals
Deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience
Claims Assistance
Help clients start and manage claims efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
Ensure policyholders understand timelines and expectations
Administrative & Compliance Duties
Maintain organized, compliant records and documentation
Follow industry regulations and company procedures
Track client communications, updates, and reports accurately
What You Bring to the Table
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A client-first mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
Must be licensed or willing to obtain an insurance license upon hire (we can help you get started)
