Just graduated (or almost there) with a marketing or business degree and wondering where to start? This is your chance to skip the coffee runs and dive straight into real work that matters. We're talking email campaigns, product launches, and data that actually tells a story.
We're looking for a smart, scrappy, just-getting-started marketer who wants to jump into real campaigns, learn by doing, and grow alongside a team that's as fun as it is focused. You don't need a ton of experience—just solid writing skills, an eye for detail, and the kind of energy that makes you raise your hand and say, "I'll figure it out."
This is a hands-on role where you'll work with our leadership team to craft strategic marketing plans, then take the reins as the implementor to make promotions & launches happen. Here's a breakdown:
🔧 Campaign & Project Management
- Create and manage detailed project timelines for launches and promotions
- Use Monday.com to assign tasks and track progress across departments
✍️ Copywriting & Messaging
- Write and edit email copy and promotional messaging that's clear, on-brand, and teacher-friendly
- Use our writing tools and templates to ensure consistency and voice alignment
📬 Email & Platform Management
- Review, prep, and schedule emails using our email marketing platform (Kit)
- Help ensure sequences and campaigns are sent out correctly and on time
📊 Data & Strategy Support
- Track key metrics (opens, clicks, revenue, etc.) and analyze campaign performance
- Reference past data to help us make informed decisions and improve over time
- Collaborate with our founder to learn the "why" behind our marketing strategy
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with our internal teams (like social media and design) to align campaign timelines and assets
- Coordinate messaging and deadlines to ensure consistency across channels
