Role Overview: We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Creator Partnership Coordinator (CPC) to join our global team. The CPC plays a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, hiring, and managing content creators to produce outstanding UGC for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Identify, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with top content creators to fulfill specific project needs.
Leverage sales skills to pitch opportunities effectively and secure high-quality creator collaborations.
Manage communication between content creators and internal teams to ensure clarity of project objectives and seamless delivery.
Monitor project timelines and ensure creators adhere strictly to deadlines and quality standards.
Oversee administrative tasks such as contracting, payments, and compliance with agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators to promote long-term partnerships.
Collaborate closely with Creator Partnership Managers and Production Managers for alignment and ongoing quality assurance.
Who You Are:
2+ years experience in sales, recruitment, influencer management, or creator partnerships.
Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to secure favorable agreements with creators.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable operating within a dynamic, remote-first agency environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com, Notion, Slack, etc.) to optimize operational efficiency.
Proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Bonus Points If You:
Have previous experience working specifically with User-Generated Content or digital content creators.
Understand the digital content creation and performance marketing landscapes.
Have experience in international recruitment or global talent management.
