We are looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Support Specialist to help guide clients through the insurance licensing process. You’ll serve as a key resource for answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure customers feel supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, email, and chat to clients with licensing-related questions
Troubleshoot common problems and escalate complex issues
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using CRM software and Google Workspace
Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
Patience, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
