What You’ll Do
As a Paid Media Strategist, you’ll own strategy and execution across paid search and social channels—primarily Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. You’ll partner with account director to implement, optimize, and report on campaign performance, helping our clients achieve their growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
Support strategy execution across ABM, demand gen, and performance marketing campaigns
Build reports, dashboards, and insights using Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Google Sheets
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget pacing
Collaborate with PMs, designers, and copywriters to execute high-performing creatives and landing pages
Maintain ClickUp tasks and project hygiene with timely updates
Join client calls, present performance highlights, and handle basic communications
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in paid media strategy & execution (agency experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta
Solid understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and conversion metrics
Comfortable working with global clients and in remote environments
Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Bonus: Experience with ABM campaigns, HubSpot, or AI-Automation tools
