Role Description
Movn Health is hiring a Patient Coordinator who can work remotely from any location in the United States, however, preferably would be located in either the Central or the Pacific time zone. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be at the front of Movn Health's practice operations and patient support to ensure a premium patient experience. The energy and collaborative workstyle you bring to this role will be incredibly important in providing the quality-of-care and exceptional communication that Movn Health is known for. In this full-time position, you will report to the Director of Clinical Operations.
Role Expectations
- Providing a superior customer service experience to Movn Health patients in all stages of the patient journey via email, video communication, phone call, and text message
- Electronic Health Record Support via Tebra You will assist with Check-ins, Non-clinical Patient Data Entry, Insurance Entry, etc.
- Ensure 100% Utilization of Care Manager Capacity: Using the specific trackers of eligible RPMCCM Patients, fill all open slots 72 hours in advance so that all care managers have 7 hours of calls per day.
- Ensure 100% Utilization of Care Manager Capacity: This role is responsible for ensuring that all open appointment slots are filled at least 72 hours in advance. This includes managing a wait list for patients who request an earlier appointment.
- Triaging and responding to patient inquiries via Tebra messaging, our support inboxes, etc.
- Monitoring and answering text and phone call communications in Aircall, as well as checking voicemails and handling all inquiries or patient issues to completion and creating tickets to track escalations and resolutions.
- Communicating with patients about appointments and processing any cancelations or reschedules that are requested
- Collaboration: Working directly with Movn Health Medical Assistants, Billing Specialists, Care Managers, and Providers to relay necessary patient information
- Assisting patients in signing up as part of the Tebra Patient Portal and navigating it
- Managing and tracking the status of referrals and follows up with patients and providers as needed to ensure completion of appointments

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Have at least 5+ years of patient service-related experience, specifically in telehealth
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Start up experience preferred
- You have experience working with Microsoft Office, email, and other basic technology
