Position: Remote Client Solutions Associate

What You’ll Do:
Engage with warm leads (no cold calls) to present benefit options over Zoom.
Provide high-quality support and solutions to working-class families and union members.
Educate clients about life insurance and supplemental benefits in a clear, honest, and consultative way.
Maintain client records and follow-up communication through our digital CRM.
