Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Provide compassionate, clear, and supportive service
- Apply product or service knowledge to customer needs
- Contribute to team and customer experience success
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency
- High-speed internet connection (>25 Mbps)
