About the Role: Benefits Solutions Consultant
As a Benefits Solutions Consultant, you’ll connect directly with union members and other qualified individuals who’ve requested information about their coverage options. There’s no cold calling—just genuine conversations with people who are already interested.
You’ll be their guide, helping them understand and select the right insurance solutions to protect what matters most.
What You’ll Be Doing
Meet with clients virtually (Zoom) to assess their coverage needs
Recommend tailored life and supplemental health insurance options
Clearly explain benefits, policy details, and pricing
Build lasting relationships through trust, transparency, and empathy
Handle applications, follow-ups, and service-related inquiries
Stay updated on product offerings and industry knowledge
Collaborate with your team to continuously grow and improve
