Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, networking, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs and present IT solutions that fit their requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Consistently achieve sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience handling international clients (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is a plus.
Compensation
- Commission-based role: Up to 10% per project.
- No fixed salary. Earnings depend entirely on performance.
