SAP Training Specialist – CRM / ERP / Customer Service & Billing

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Training Specialist to support an enterprise training rollout across key SAP modules, including CRM, ERP, Customer Service, and Billing systems. This contract role offers a blend of remote work with in-person training delivery at professional classroom settings throughout the Los Angeles area.
The ideal candidate is either based in Southern California or willing to travel regionally for scheduled classroom sessions. This is a hands-on role that blends instructional expertise with a strong grasp of SAP functionality and real-world business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging SAP end-user training for SAP ERP, CRM, customer service, and billing processes in a classroom setting.
- Conduct live, instructor-led training sessions for users across departments, supporting a successful system rollout.
- Customize and adapt training materials to align with business processes, user roles, and SAP configurations.
- Facilitate scenario-based learning using realistic, role-specific exercises to improve adoption and performance.
- Partner with business analysts, IT teams, and change management to identify training needs and ensure a user-ready environment.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and early go-live periods to reinforce learning and reduce resistance.
- Collect and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in SAP end-user training, with a focus on CRM, ERP (FI, MM, SD), customer service, and billing modules.
- Ability to break down complex workflows into clear, relatable instruction for a diverse user base.
- Experience developing training materials such as presentations, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, and job aids.
- Comfortable with in-person training delivery and onsite support in a professional, classroom-style environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Southern California/Los Angeles area
