About Youth Future LA
Youth Future LA is a grassroots fundraising and organizing hub supporting Arthur Dixon for Congress (CA-34). We train volunteers and fundraisers to power a people-driven campaign for housing justice, climate action, and economic dignity.
Position Summary
We’re hiring Commission-Based Fundraisers to call, text, and email supporters nationwide. You’ll raise small-dollar donations, build recurring contributions, and help grow one of the most energetic youth-led movements in Los Angeles. Work from anywhere, set your own hours, and earn commission for every dollar you help raise.
Responsibilities
• Make 50–100 donor calls or texts per day using our scripts and CRM
• Log results and donations in shared tracker
• Report daily totals to the Finance Director
• Represent the campaign’s values with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
• Sales, customer-service, or political-fundraising experience preferred
• Strong communication skills; self-motivated
• Comfortable working remotely and using spreadsheets or calling apps
• Passion for grassroots causes and progressive politics
Compensation & Schedule
• Commission 10–20 % of funds personally raised
• Flexible hours (10–30 per week)
• Training and scripts provided
