Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service in Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to financial products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, product information, and transaction inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to facilitate account-related inquiries and problem resolution.
- Stay informed about the company's financial products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance to customers.
- Engage in proactive outreach to customers, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements - Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is highly beneficial.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
