We are looking for a rare hybrid: A data-driven Deliverability Engineer who understands the "dark arts" of DNS and server reputation, combined with a Psychology-driven Copywriter who knows how to break through a CEO's inbox.
You won't just be sending emails; you will be responsible for the entire infrastructure, from domain procurement to lead sourcing and conversion optimization.
Your Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management: Setting up and maintaining multiple secondary domains, ensuring perfect SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment.
Deliverability Monitoring: Proactive monitoring of domain health via Google Postmaster Tools and specialized deliverability suites.
Campaign Strategy: Building scalable personalization workflows (using tools like Clay, Instantly, or Smartlead).
List Hygiene: Sourcing high-quality leads and implementing multi-step verification to keep bounce rates below 2%.
Copywriting: Writing and A/B testing high-intent, interest-based cold email sequences.
Required Skills:
Proven track record in managing high-volume cold outreach (1,000+ emails/day) without landing in spam.
Expert knowledge of DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT) and SPF flattening.
Experience with Inbox Rotation and Custom Tracking Domains.
Ability to write "human-centric" copy that doesn't look like a template.
Experience with tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead/Instantly, and NeverBounce.
