About PostParty
PostParty is a postpartum care coordination platform supporting new mothers through the physical, emotional, and identity-shifting transition into motherhood. We work alongside moms during the fourth trimester and beyond—helping them access expert support, feel less alone, and make decisions that truly work for them.
We believe lactation support is not just about feeding mechanics—it’s about confidence, emotional wellbeing, and reducing pressure in an already vulnerable season.
About the Role
We’re looking for a clinically strong and deeply human IBCLC to join PostParty as one of our core lactation experts. In this role, you’ll support postpartum moms through virtual, coaching-style lactation sessions, helping them navigate feeding decisions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
You’ll go beyond “how-to” troubleshooting to help moms feel grounded, supported, and free from feeding guilt—whether they’re breastfeeding, combo feeding, pumping, or formula feeding.
PostParty was built for providers who want to practice in a way that feels sustainable. Our virtual-first, coaching-focused model removes the friction of insurance, travel, and administrative burden—allowing you to offer thoughtful, high-quality support while maintaining flexibility and balance in your own life. Most providers offer a small number of recurring weekly appointment slots, with the option to increase availability as demand grows.
