We sell our products online and through educational distributors, reaching families, therapists, teachers, and special education professionals across North America. We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Assistant to join our remote team. This part-time role (10-15 hours/week, flexible schedule) is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy and careful work. We strongly prefer candidates with 1+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace management, or virtual assistance. While we're open to exceptional candidates without direct experience, you should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to demonstrate strong attention to detail through past work or academic experience.
Duties
- Create and synchronize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.)
- Monitor and update product inventory, pricing, and listing content to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with our manufacturing partners to coordinate production schedules and shipments
- Track shipments and resolve logistics issues as they arise
- Create and respond to Amazon Seller Central support cases
- Communicate professionally with retail partners and distributors
Minimum Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Comfortable learning new software and platforms quickly
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or virtual assistance
- Prior experience creating or managing product listings on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Background in supply chain coordination or logistics
- Experience communicating with international suppliers or manufacturers
- Familiarity with inventory management and planning

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
