The Role
We're hiring a part-time Administrative Coordinator to start with sales and lead conversion, then grow into scheduling, customer service, and operations.
This is not a "just answer phones" role. This is for someone who wants responsibility and room to grow.
What You'll Do
Primary focus (first 60-90 days):
- Follow up with warm leads quickly (phone, text, email) — no cold calling
- Have real conversations and build trust with potential customers
- Give quotes and book jobs
- Turn first-time customers into long-term clients
- Hit conversion and retention targets
- Earn performance bonuses
As you grow:
- Cross-train in scheduling, customer service, and operations
- Develop a specialty based on your strengths (sales, scheduling, recruiting/HR)
- Potential to move into leadership as the business scales
What We Offer
Compensation:
- Starting: $17-18/hour (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses for retained customers
- 60-90 day review with raise to $19-20/hour based on hitting targets
- Part-time to start (20-25 hrs/week). We're looking for someone who can grow into full-time as the business supports it

Success Looks Like
30 days: Confident on phone, responding to leads quickly, comfortable with systems
60 days: Conversion rates trending up, customers giving positive feedback, solving problems proactively
90 days: Hitting targets, operating independently, ready for more responsibility

Requirements
- 2+ years customer service or admin experience
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Strong written communication
- Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
- Available for consistent EST hours (either 7:30am-12:30pm or 12pm-5pm)

- A script-reading call center role
- A micromanaged position
- A "punch in, punch out" job
- A role where you multitask with kids or other responsibilities during work hours
