This role is designed for a senior operations or supply chain professional ready to step into broader strategic ownership and operate at a Head of Operations level.
Our client is a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand in the apparel space, focused on high-performance consumer products with a strong emphasis on quality and product innovation. The company has recently completed an intensive product development phase and is now entering a rapid scaling stage, with strong early traction, growing demand, and ambitious revenue targets exceeding $2M/month.
With established manufacturing partnerships in Asia and a lean, founder-led team, the business is now looking to build a more structured and scalable operational foundation. They are hiring a Head of Operations (Supply Chain Focus) to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and support the company through its next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to grow into a true operations/supply chain leadership position while remaining hands-on with fast-moving and evolving operational.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full supply chain lifecycle, from demand planning to final delivery
- Build and refine inventory forecasting and purchasing strategies using real-time sales and projection data
- Plan and execute purchase orders (POs) to maintain optimal stock levels while avoiding stockouts or excess inventory
- Develop and manage cash flow forecasting to ensure operational sustainability
- Lead communication with manufacturers and shipping partners to ensure production timelines and delivery schedules are met
- Continuously negotiate pricing, timelines, and payment terms with suppliers to improve margins and cash efficiency
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to manage inventory flow, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational accuracy
- Partner with the customer service team to ensure clear communication around product availability and delivery timelines
- Create structured, digestible reporting for internal decision-making and stakeholder visibility
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and processes across operations
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within a DTC or e-commerce environment
- Proven experience in inventory planning, forecasting, and supplier management
- Strong familiarity with Shopify and 3PL ecosystems
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers (Asia-based preferred)
- Strong financial and analytical thinking, with the ability to manage cash flow and operational trade-offs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus
- Fully remote role (LATAM-based, aligned with US time zones)
- Earn up to $5,000 USD per month, depending on experience and expertise.
