About the Role
We're hiring an AI Automation Specialist to help our clients streamline their internal operations through intelligent automation. You'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that eliminate manual bottlenecks and drive real efficiency gains across business functions.
What You'll Do
- Audit existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using tools like n8n and other automation platforms
- Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, document parsing, data routing, etc.) into client systems
- Maintain and iterate on automations based on performance and client feedback
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams on project status and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows and AI agents (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Proficiency with tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with the latest AI tools such as OpenClaw and how to incorporate them into practical workflows
- Ability to connect and work with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Strong problem-solving instincts — you can take a vague process and turn it into a working system
- Clear written and verbal communication in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools alongside custom scripting (Python, JavaScript)
- Background working with US or Canadian clients remotely
- Experience in business operations, ops consulting, or process improvement
