- Maintain thorough and organized records of client interactions
- Process new policy applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Participate in training and weekly meetings to stay up to date on changes, updates, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Corporate, insurance, brokerage, sales, management, or retail experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and proactive mindset
- Exhibit reliability and punctuality, consistently adhering to scheduled shifts and availability.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive approach to learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom
