About the Opportunity
We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Travel Advisors. In this role, you'll help clients explore travel options, plan personalized trips, and turn their travel ideas into confirmed reservations.
This opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, researching destinations, comparing travel options, and managing the details that make a trip come together. You'll work directly with clients throughout the planning and booking process while developing your knowledge of the travel industry.
You'll have access to travel industry resources, supplier relationships, booking tools, training, and ongoing mentorship while working independently to serve your clients.
This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is earned from eligible travel bookings and varies based on individual booking activity and client volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, budgets, and schedules
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, and vacation packages
- Prepare travel quotes, recommendations, and customized itinerary options
- Coordinate and process reservations through approved booking platforms and supplier systems
- Follow up with clients on proposals, outstanding decisions, booking confirmations, and payment deadlines
- Track reservations and assist with changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Help clients understand travel arrangements, destination logistics, and important trip details
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation documentation
- Provide timely communication and support before, during, and after travel
- Build client relationships that encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Stay current on travel products, destinations, supplier offerings, and industry procedures
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, client requests, and deadlines
- Dependable follow-through and a professional approach to client interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Comfort using email, online research tools, and digital platforms
- Willingness to learn new systems, booking procedures, and travel industry resources
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales, customer service, or administrative support is beneficial but not required

Training & Team Support
You don't need extensive travel industry experience to be considered. We provide resources and guidance to help you develop your skills as a travel professional, including:

Compensation
This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is earned from eligible travel bookings in accordance with the applicable independent contractor agreement.
Actual earnings vary based on individual booking activity and client volume.
