PAY RATE: $75,000 annual salary plus bonus potential
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) sits on the Marketing team and plays a critical role in growing our pipeline. Responsible primarily for qualifying and nurturing contacts from various inbound marketing channels (as well as through prospecting and cold outreach) to drive opportunities for the sales team, they also play a supporting role in SFDC data management. Solutions-oriented messengers of our brand and voice, they can articulate our why and how while trying to help people address culture challenges.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Vet all inbound leads and qualify them appropriately for sales engagement or nurture.
• Identify prospects aligned with our ICP and engage with the goal of setting a first meeting with a sales representative.
• Schedule and calendarize sales calls in Outlook for prospects who are qualified to engage with the sales team.
• Coordinate handoffs to the sales team and ensure they are well-prepared for their sales calls.
• Articulate our why and how to new leads, introduce our solutions if/when appropriate.
• Educate, answer questions, and share resources with prospects.
• Use tools and technology to leverage efforts, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Navigator.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
·5+ years of experience in sales/business development in a B2B environment
·4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn prospecting
·BA/BS in Marketing preferred
·3+ years HubSpot experience preferred
