About the Role:
As a Sales Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your job is simple but critical: spark interest, qualify leads, and book appointments for our closing team.
You will:
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls/day to warm and cold leads (all leads provided)
Use proven sales scripts to qualify business owners
Set appointments for our closers to demonstrate the power of our AI agents
Log activity and results in our CRM
Work with a driven, supportive, high-performance sales culture
Compensation:
$150 per closed deal (you set the appointment; our closer handles the sale)
Closers convert at 30-40%, which means:
10 solid appointments/month can earn you $1,500+
Top performers earn $5,000–$10,000+/month
Ideal Candidate:
Self-motivated and hungry to earn
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales (preferred)
Strong communicator with clear, confident phone presence
Can follow scripts and also think on your feet
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Tech-savvy and excited about the future of AI
