Generally this involves some combination of research, strategy, content creation, web design, SEO, PPC, social media, and analytics. The exact activities and details of each will differ depending on the target market and desired conversion action.
What persuades someone to buy a $20 lip stick differs from a $2,000 sofa or a $20,000 website project. You will be dealing with all such scenarios and your creative challenges will be diverse!
Who We're Looking For
We need someone who is first and foremost a great communicator. This means you listen generously to others, make them feel understood, and can communicate your own ideas clearly and succinctly in perfectly spoken and written English.
Next, you must be an Internet Native, who loves to search, social, read, learn, post, share, and shop online.
Next, you must be a strategic thinker and a creative force. Endertech and our clients need support developing strategies and content for our marketing campaigns.
Next, you must be an organizer. You can't do all the creation yourself. You should feel comfortable hiring and managing sub-contractors to help you as needed.
Finally, you must be data-driven. The proof is in the pudding. We must measure results, learn from the data, iterate, and constantly improve.
