Home Health & Hospice Enrollment Coordinator (Individuals or Teams)

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals and/or teams to join our growing organization as Home Health and Hospice Sales Professionals.
This position plays a vital role in promoting our Home Health and Home Hospice services within the community—helping patients receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their homes.
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is helpful but not required. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians, and community organizations.
- Educate referral sources and the public on the benefits of our Home Health and Hospice programs.
- Participate in community events, networking activities, and outreach programs to increase awareness and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support for all referral partners.
Qualifications
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Previous sales or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
