WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are hiring a full-time remote professional to:
- Prepare and file corporate and LLC documents in all 50 states.
- Enter client data to establish domestic and offshore trusts.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to gather and verify information.
- Support attorneys and senior legal staff in preparing, reviewing, and organizing client filings.
- Interface with state agencies, registered agents, and banks for business filings and compliance.
You’ll be trained by industry veterans and work alongside our top legal professionals in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Experience with corporate filings, paralegal work, or trust administration preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to client confidentiality.
Legal experience helps but we’ll train the right candidate who is sharp, dependable, and eager to learn.
