W2W (Woman-to-Woman) is an international women-led tech platform connecting female entrepreneurs with AI tools, digital experts, and a supportive community. We’re building a global ecosystem where women launch and grow their businesses with confidence — on their own terms.
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to help us expand partnerships, reach new clients, and build meaningful relationships across the US, UK, and Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients and partners in English (emails, calls, and follow-ups).
- Prepare proposals, outreach messages, and presentations.
- Research and contact influencers, women’s clubs, accelerators, and communities.
- Keep contact lists, tables, and databases up to date.
- Generate creative ideas to expand visibility and sales channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English
- Interest in AI, digital marketing, and international startups.
- Confident user of Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a global team.
