Job Overview
We are a well-established distributor and manufacturer in the solid surface, stainless steel sink/ faucet, and building materials industry, looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Mexico, Central America, and South America.
If you have an existing customer network in these regions (especially in Mexico), and proven experience selling solid surface materials/ countertops, stainless steel sinks/ faucets, kitchen & bath products, fabricator supplies, or related products, we’d like to give you the opportunity to join our growing team. This position also offer flexibility to work remotely.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with fabricators, kitchen & bath dealers, contractors, distributors, and millwork companies across Mexico and Latin America
- Identify and close new sales opportunities both within your existing network and through new business development
- Present and promote solid surface materials, adhesives, stainless steel sink/ faucet, and related products to customers and potential customers
- Work closely with management and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination between U.S. and international customers
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and deliver regular performance reports
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings as needed
- Collaborate with marketing to develop localized campaigns and product promotions tailored for Latin American markets
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in solid surface, stainless steel sink/ faucet, countertop, K&B, or related building materials sales
- Established network of fabricators, distributors, or dealers within Mexico and/or Central/South America
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Proven ability to generate and grow international sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and able to maintain detailed CRM notes and follow-up activity
- Self-driven, independent, and able to manage remote sales operations
- Strong understanding of cultural and business practices across Latin America
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
