Seven Starling is looking for an Independently Licensed Contract Clinical Therapist to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in maternal mental health. - Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
- Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving perinatal patients
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
- Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare
What you’ll do
- Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting, serving perinatal patients
- Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
- This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity.
Who you are
- Currently focused on hiring independently licensed as a professional counselors, clinical social workers, or marriage & family therapists in Washington DC (District of Columbia), Maryland and/or Virginia (preference given to candidates with multistate licensure)
- Have experience doing direct therapy, including treatment plans, with perinatal patients
- Have previous experience doing direct therapy in a telehealth setting
- Want to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
- Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
- Bilingual is a plus!

Details
- Contract Role: Fully Flexible schedule including availability to see clients on evenings and weekends
- No minimum number of hours required
- 100% Remote
$75: Intake/Assessment
$70: 55 minute Individual Sessions
$35: Client No Shows
$300 for time associated with onboarding
