Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing operations team. This role will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to Amazon fulfillment centers and other destinations. You’ll be the primary point of contact for suppliers and freight partners, managing timelines, shipments, and documentation to ensure everything runs efficiently.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and enjoys managing logistics, solving operational challenges, and improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Coordination:
- Communicate daily with suppliers and manufacturers to confirm production timelines, packaging requirements, and shipping readiness.
- Manage purchase order tracking, updates, and follow-ups to ensure timely fulfillment.
- FBA Inbound Shipments:
- Create and manage Amazon FBA inbound shipments in Seller Central or through 3PL systems.
- Ensure correct labeling, cartonization, and compliance with Amazon requirements.
- Track inbound shipments and proactively resolve issues with carriers or Amazon.
- Freight & Logistics Management:
- Coordinate ocean, air, and ground freight with freight forwarders.
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, and customs documentation.
- Ensure accurate handoffs between suppliers, 3PLs, and Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Inventory & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records across systems (e.g., Google Sheets, internal dashboards, or inventory tools).
- Monitor lead times, shipment statuses, and supply chain KPIs.
- Support forecasting and replenishment planning efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with operations, logistics, and account management teams to align supply timelines with marketing and sales priorities.
- Support problem-solving for stockouts, shipment delays, or quality control issues.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations (preferably in e-commerce or Amazon FBA).
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA shipment creation, labeling, and compliance requirements.
- Experience communicating with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or inventory management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments and suppliers simultaneously.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3PL coordination and freight documentation.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs, and international shipping processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, or Monday).
- Prior experience working in a remote, global team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
