About the role
- Freelance hourly contract, up to full-time hours available
- Business hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (US local time) - some flexibility may be required
- Providing a high level of customer experience via inbound calls, live chat and email.
- Provide our customers with technical support and troubleshooting.

This is a fully remote role, working from home as a freelance contractor.
If you're based in VA, USA that's a plus as you'll have a local team member to connect with nearby, though we're accepting applicants across the country.
