Summary

Role as a Business Development Representative is vital in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence. Based in the US, this position involves engaging with potential clients to showcase our IT solutions and build lasting relationships that drive growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and outreach.
Present and promote Flexis' IT services to prospective clients.
Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
Keep detailed records of interactions in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the IT sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
Ability to conduct warm calling and telemarketing effectively.
Excellent command of English.
Demonstrated success in outbound sales activities.
Knowledge of technology products or services is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
