Job Overview
We are seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to support customers by phone, email, and chat. You will assist with questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about products and services. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling that allows you to work around your availability.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and troubleshooting steps
- Resolve customer issues professionally and with empathy
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain up-to-date product and policy knowledge
- Participate in required virtual training
- Protect confidential customer information
- Work independently and meet performance goals
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience or transferable skills (1+ year preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms, and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable workspace
- Flexible availability and ability to meet performance targets
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

- Prior remote or home-based customer support experience
- Experience with live chat and multi-channel support
- Demonstrated success in meeting measurable KPIs in a remote setting
