AirCalls.ai is looking for experienced cold callers to help us acquire new customers. This is a fully remote, 100% commission-based position designed for motivated, self-driven sales professionals who are confident on the phone and want uncapped earning potential.
If you know how to prospect, handle objections, and close—or book qualified appointments—this role gives you the freedom to work independently and earn based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Introduce AirCalls.ai services and qualify potential clients
- Set appointments or close customers directly
- Follow call scripts and sales guidelines (with room for personalization)
- Track your activity and results
- Work independently and manage your own schedule
Requirements
- Must have a Minimum of 1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with a 100% commission-based structure
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Must use your own phone and have reliable service
Compensation
- 100% commission-based (no cap)
- Typical earnings range from $5,000 to $35,000+ per month
- Higher earnings are possible based on effort, performance, and time commitment
