About the position
Base salary: R$3,000 per month, plus commissions on sales.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken). Additional language skills (Spanish) are a plus.
- Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a strong advantage.
