Who We Are:
CRBN Pickleball is built around performance and innovation.
Our founder, Garrett Gosselin, is a longtime high-level pickleball player. After years of playing and testing nearly every paddle on the market, he couldn’t find one that delivered what he was looking for. So he designed his own.
What started as a personal solution became the CRBN1 paddle in mid-2021. Garrett began using it in tournaments and at his local club, and the more he won the more players kept asking where they could get one. That was his “aha moment” and CRBN Pickleball was born.
That same obsession with improvement still drives everything we do today. We’re a small, family-owned company with a startup mindset, made up of people who love pickleball, care deeply about product quality, and believe taking care of our customers is just as important as building great paddles.

Who We Need:
We’re looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy team member who takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.
This position is the first point of contact for new and current customers, which means in many ways you’ll be the voice of our business!
A growth mindset is non-negotiable. This position requires multi-tasking and the ability to perform multiple different functions as needed. As an online business, everything we do here revolves around computers and technology, so it’s important that you know your way around ticketing systems and project management tools and are eager to learn new apps.
We have very passionate customers, which means some days they want to tell you a 45-minute story about how much they love pickleball, and some days they expect you to have the weight and measurements for all our products handy. It’s important that you look forward to talking to people about pickleball and be able to roll with the punches if things get difficult. Customer connection and retention is everything!
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer questions via phone, email, and live chat
- Processing phone orders, returns, warranty claims, and exchanges
- Engaging with customers on Discord and social media to answer questions and solve problems
- Tracking returns, customer complaints, and other important customer metrics.
Day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but most of your time will be spent interacting directly with customers. If you’re interested in eCommerce, this role offers meaningful exposure and hands-on learning. Prior experience in online customer service or the pickleball or sports industry is helpful but not required.
We will train you on anything you need to know, but familiarity with any of the following softwares is a plus:
- Shopify
- ClickUp
- Reamaze
- Slack
- Aircall
- Discord
Location: This is a fully remote role. We accept applications globally.
Position Specifics:
- Full-time, 36-40 hours per week
- Schedule determined collaboratively based on coverage needs
- U.S. pay range: $13 to $20 per hour, depending on location and experience
- We’ll pay you in CRBN pickleball paddles and gear (and obviously in real money too!)
- Stipend for your home office setup
- Support for local pickleball club dues
