Mammography Educators is a mission-driven organization providing high-quality education and training to breast imaging professionals across the U.S. and internationally. Our small but mighty team creates expert content, hosts webinars and events, and supports imaging centers in improving early detection of breast cancer.
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual who enjoys both social media and behind-the-scenes administrative work. This part-time role is ideal for someone eager to grow their marketing skills while supporting the operations of a fast-moving small business.
Role Overview
The Administrative & Social Media Coordinator will support our digital presence and help keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll assist with content creation, analytics tracking, scheduling, customer support, and general administrative tasks. This remote position offers room for growth and the potential to become full-time.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and monitor posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business
- Help create graphics, captions, and engagement strategies
- Track analytics and provide regular performance reports
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Assist with webinars, conferences, and virtual trainings
- Provide customer support during live events (very occasional evening and weekend support needed).
- Manage mailing lists and organize digital assets
- Assist with scheduling and file management
- Edit and format content for presentations, books, and blog posts
- Document SOPs for recurring tasks
- Support special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Social Media platforms and schedulers, and CRM platforms (Zoho or similar) preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner
- Interest in social media marketing and digital analytics

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
