About the Role
We are looking for an Appointment Setter / Presales Specialist to handle the first point of contact with potential clients, introduce the company’s value, and book appointments with local designers.. You will work only with warm, inbound leads and follow clear scripts and guidelines to qualify client requests before handing them over to senior Sales Executives.
Your goal is to understand the client’s needs, assess fit, and ensure a high-quality first impression of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients (hot leads only)
- Conduct short, structured phone calls with prospects
- Identify client needs, goals, and initial budget expectations
- Assess whether the client’s request matches our services
- Accurately document call outcomes and client details in CRM
- Maintain a high level of customer service during the first interaction
- Prepare qualified leads for handoff to the Sales Executive team
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear, professional communication skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Experience in customer support, communications, SDR, or presales is a plus
- Structured thinking, attention to detail, and empathy
- Comfortable working with scripts and defined processes
- Confident use of Zoom, CRM systems, and Google Docs
- Willingness to learn, follow processes, and grow within the company

Compensation:
Base salary $45,000/year ($3,800/month)
