Job Title: Amazon FBA Inventory & Supply Chain Manager

About the Role
We are a growing Amazon FBA business seeking an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory operations. This role is critical to maintaining healthy stock levels, optimizing pricing, coordinating international shipments, and resolving logistics issues across our Amazon catalog.
You will be responsible for managing 70+ ASINs, coordinating with overseas suppliers, forecasting inventory needs, and ensuring smooth shipment flow from China to the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Amazon FBA inventory levels across 70+ ASINs
- Forecast inventory demand to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Create, track, and reconcile Amazon FBA shipments and orders
- Coordinate production timelines and order updates with suppliers
- Communicate regularly with Chinese suppliers (WeChat, email, Alibaba, etc.)
- Arrange and manage shipments from China to the USA (air, sea, LCL/FCL)
- Calculate, track, and update shipping and landed costs
- Optimize pricing strategies based on inventory levels and sales velocity
- Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, lost inventory, and Amazon FBA issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory and logistics performance
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Amazon FBA inventory and shipments
- Strong understanding of international logistics and freight forwarding
- Experience working with Chinese suppliers
- Ability to manage and organize large product catalogs (70+ ASINs)
- Proficiency in inventory forecasting and demand planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Freight forwarder portals or logistics tools
Availability & Compensation
- Hourly Rate: To be discussed (based on experience)
- Hours: Approx. 2-5 hours per week
