- 2 years+ experience in an Administrative Support position with lots of data entry, document processing, phones, and spreadsheet updates. 18 months at each job worked.
- MS Office competency
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Accurate and quick data entry (typing above 45wpm)
- Quick learning style, and solid ability to retain information
Time management, self-motivation/direction, focus, and multi-tasking skills Outlook tasking skills experience, Excel knowledge for spreadsheet input, and updating, and competent using Word software to compose and reply to emails.
Much of your workday is accurate data entry/input. Answer telephone calls, record keeping/documentation, emails, research for other businesses, and other office duties. Various Admin duties to support the staff.
Small company work experience is needed.
Job begins as a long-term temporary role and may grow into a temporary-to-hire for the right person. Outgoing and engaging personality. $22-23/hr. 8:30-5pm, M-F. Benefits offered if you are hired as a regular employee.
