Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support WatchMatic’s global customer base. This is a remote position that will require you to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. You will handle communication across various channels, including email and website contact forms, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
- Provide assistance with order status, shipping inquiries, and basic product details.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solution-focused approach.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent WatchMatic’s brand with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer issues calmly and effectively.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, or customer service tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is an advantage.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
