Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Online English Teachers to deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons to individual students and small groups. Teachers work remotely and follow Global Speak Academy’s established curriculum and instructional guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach online English lessons (private and group classes)
- Deliver trial lessons and ongoing instructional sessions
- Prepare lessons in advance using the provided materials
- Follow the required lesson structure and academic guidelines
- Use approved platforms such as Zoom, ELLii, and Google Drive
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and student engagement
- Participate in quality assurance feedback and coaching
- Uphold student safety and institutional standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field
- TEFL or TESOL certification
- Extensive experience teaching English online and/or in classroom settings
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Professional teaching environment suitable for online instruction
- Ability to follow structured curricula and standard operating procedures
- Consistent weekly availability
