Remote Customer Support Representative

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Job Summary
At HireFrontier, we make hiring simpler, faster, and more human. We're looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative to help both B2B and B2C clients, candidates, and partners with service inquiries — while keeping records accurate and compliant with our standards.
Responsibilities
● Respond to candidate, client, and partner questions and support needs across channels, following policy and compliance standards
● Share accurate information on HireFrontier's staffing solutions, services, and platform features, recommending services when appropriate
● Keep candidate/client records current in line with data protection standards
● Deliver patient, empathetic support to job seekers and hiring partners
● Support onboarding for new platform users
● Take on other duties supporting staffing operations
Remote Work Requirements
● Quiet, distraction-free home office
● Reliable high-speed internet (10Mbps down / 5Mbps up minimum)
● Self-motivated and disciplined working independently
● Available 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Qualifications
● Native English speaker; bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
● Excellent phone etiquette and written/verbal communication
● Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
● Able to quickly learn and explain staffing/recruitment concepts
● Comfortable with web platforms, mobile apps, and digital tools
● Prior customer service/support experience required
● Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
