Our streaming service features an International catalogue of Independent Movies & TV Series. Duties
- Cold contacting of potential subscribers via text, email, social media.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Skills
- Ability to text, email, DM, and speak to potential subscribers.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Compensation
