Responsibilities
- Support project managers and team leads by coordinating daily administrative tasks and project activities.
- Organize project documents, meeting notes, timelines, and task lists within the company’s digital systems.
- Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, send reminders, and distribute follow-up action items.
- Track project progress, update status reports, and ensure deadlines and milestones are accurately documented.
- Assist in gathering data, compiling information, and preparing presentations or reports for project reviews.
- Maintain clear communication between team members, ensuring updates, instructions, and project changes are relayed promptly.
- Monitor project inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Collect and organize documentation needed for project approvals, audits, or internal reviews.
- Help identify scheduling conflicts, missing information, and workflow bottlenecks and escalate when needed.
- Support general administrative functions such as data entry, document formatting, and maintaining organized digital files.
- Ensure all project-related communication and documentation is accurate, timely, and professionally presented.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Entry-level friendly; previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or project coordination is helpful but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and pieces of information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive tone.
- Comfortable using project management tools, digital calendars, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry, documentation, and follow-through.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying responsive and reliable.

Pay: $34.10 - $39.02 per hour
