The Opportunity
The Carnegie Client Experience Team is seeking a talented and motivated Order Entry Specialist with prior, demonstrated success in customer service and order processing within the textiles industry. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience in the field and is ready to expand their skillset in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
As a Carnegie Order Specialist, you are responsible for processing orders from various sources: web, phone, & email. Specialists will be able to communicate well to both internal and external clients about available products and status of any order..
Client Order Processing
- Accurately process and complete international and domestic reserves and orders
- International reserves and orders
- Domestic reserves and orders
- Sample orders (Carnegie and Kirei)
Service Inbox(s) Management
- Assist with the management of Service, Samples, International, and Personal inbox
- Provide timely responses to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns
- Assist with phone, email or web-based concerns and questions. Connect to appropriate party.
Required Qualifications
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Salesforce or CRM systems knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, self-motivated team player
- Active organizational and listening skills
- Punctual, proactive, and hardworking
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Positive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment
- Valid U.S. work permit required

- Experience working with in the Textile Industry

Job Details
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Available to support service hours of 8-5 PST
