Virtual Administrative Coordinator (VNC)
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Managing and responding to emails, phone calls, text messages, and other
forms of communication.
Scheduling: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Administrative Support: Organizing files, preparing reports, and managing databases.
Customer Service: Providing customer support and handling inquiries.
Social Media: Managing social media accounts and content creation.
Bookkeeping: Assisting with bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and expense tracking.
Research: Conducting online research and preparing reports.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in Google Products and other relevant software.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Experience with social media management and customer service.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Expectations:
= Ability to follow up within 12-24 hours for all communications, Sunday - Saturday.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
