JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Administrative Assistant
Pay Range: $24.00-$27.00 PER HR
Reporting To: CCT Manager
Work Type: On-site/Remote
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the department billing. Will assist their teams/department with submission of the CCT TARs, and helping with other administrative duties for the department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Has adequate computer experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 2+ years of Administration experience.
- Is at least 18 years of age.
- Has good organizational skills.
- Is self-instructed and able to work with little supervision.
- Has the ability to establish and maintain good communication with all staff both in the office and remote.
- Has good written and verbal communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In charge of CCT tracking, transitions, enrollments and TAR’s that are submitted by the department.
- Works on CCT billing spreadsheets.
- Completes CCT visit logs and works through integration logs as needed.
- Assists with completing DHCS CCT forms (ITCP, FTCP, DTRF0 based on the RN assessment.
- Performs assigned duties determined by the CCT Manager or one of the CCT Lead Coordinators.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel and use of hands and fingers to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard on a frequent basis, up to 75% of the time.
- Close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required up to 25lbs.
