Location: In-person at our Regenics Business Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch from 1:00–2:00 PM)
Pay: Starting at $22/hour
Regenics is looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.
1. Customer Communication & Support
- Respond promptly to incoming customer emails and inquiries
- Answer calls related to existing orders and subscriptions
- Educate patients on products, services, and processes
- Professionally de-escalate concerns and resolve issues
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to ensure satisfaction and retention
2. Case Management & Coordination
- Manage and close support tickets using Zoho CRM
- Collaborate with the front office team on complex or unique cases
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team regarding orders and client concerns
- Communicate with medical providers on behalf of clients regarding dosing and prescription-related questions
- Escalate sensitive or unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager
- Report technical issues related to the website or client portal
3. Quality Improvement & Reporting
- Identify and report common patient concerns or trends
- Suggest improvements to reduce recurring support requests
- Proactively identify opportunities to decrease overall support volume
- Report systemic issues for resolution
4. Internal Communication & Teamwork
- Maintain consistent communication across departments
- Ensure unified and accurate responses to customers
- Transfer calls appropriately when necessary
- Support a smooth, efficient client experience
Additional Requirements
- Position is fully in-office (not remote)
- Must be available for mandatory in-person team meetings approximately 3 times per month before normal business hours (paid as overtime)
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to multitask are essential
