Mandarin-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Remote in California

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer’s needs
- Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications
- A distraction free, designated home workspace
- A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
